If you pay for your item early, I will typically ship that same day. For most items I use USPS priority mail and it will take 1-3 days to arrive. If the item is heavier, I may use FedEx Home Delivery which usually takes 1-5 days.
First, my husband packs the packages for me, and he tries very hard to avoid any breakage! Fragile items will usually include bubble wrap and packing paper. In the event that there is an unfortunate breakage, I will ask you to provide pictures of the broken item and the package it arrived in to see if there is any damage to the box. Once I have proof of breakage, I will refund you the full amount of your purchase.
I hope that you do not need to return an item! However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I do offer a free 30 day return policy.

You don't have to have a PayPal account to pay for your purchase. PayPal allows you to pay as a guest without registering, just by entering credit or debit card number.
Yes, I do. Even when you are ordering multiple of the same item it's possible the shipping is overstated. Please reach out to me prior to buying if you are buying multiple of the same item or multiple different items. I will need your zip code to provide an accurate estimate.
